5. Product Access

All our products are electronic and the customer has access to them through the internet. No material goods are shipped.

When you complete and pay out your order, you will immediately receive email about the status of your order. Exception is the payment in a bank account where we have to confirm the bank transaction.

-14 days before the start of the course 50%

- Force majeure (Death of a first-degree relative, proven illness,etc.)

Online courses

- 3 days after receiving the access details and provided that you are not logged in until then on the online course platform. It is noted that the failure to collect a score of less than 80% in the online quizzes, which means not to receive a certificate of successful attendance, is in no way a reason to claim a refund as the necessary time to study and gradually run the quiz is provided.
