Product Access

All our products are electronic and the customer has access to them through the web. No material goods are shipped.

When you complete and pay out your order, you will immediately receive an email about the status of your order. Exception is the payment in a bank account where we have to confirm the bank transaction so you will receive a second email when we do that.

After the payment of your order has been made / confirmed and if it has been done in working hours, you will receive a separate email with instructions to access the product you ordered.

If your order is done and paid in hours and/or days (eg weekends, holidays, etc.) where our business is not operating, you will have to wait until the next business day.
