Due to the nature of our products it is possible to cancel your order and refund only in the following cases:
Lifelong technical training programmes and seminars
-30 days before the start of the course 100%
-14 days before the start of the course 50%
- Force majeure (Death of a first-degree relative, proven illness,etc.)
Online courses
- 3 days after receiving the access details and provided that you are not logged in until then on the online course platform. It is noted that the failure to collect a score of less than 80% in the online quizzes, which means not to receive a certificate of successful attendance, is in no way a reason to claim a refund as the necessary time to study and gradually run the quiz is provided.
